By accessing or using the Polybase platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Polybase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes as long as you maintain a valid account and comply with these terms.

• You may not reverse-engineer the Service or create derivative works based on it.
• You may not use Polybase for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
• You're responsible for the security of your account and your team's compliance with these Terms.

The materials on Polybase's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Polybase makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Polybase or its suppliers be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption — arising out of the use or inability to use the Polybase Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time — your data is reasonably purged within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Istanbul — without limiting your local consumer protection rights.
